The purpose of this site is to allow people to highlight whatever is deemed to be possibly of interest to people who may not be lucky enough to see what some get to see every day.
We will display photographs that people send in and we'll also get out and about to take our own.
It doesn't matter whether the photographs are professional quality or not, if the photograph is worth displaying then we'll make sure that others are able to enjoy the work of the photographer.
We have created a number of categories as a starting point, all we are interested in is that the photographs are either taken in the UK, or are taken by a UK citizen or the subject has some connection to the UK.
If you would like to have a photograph shown on the site then please send it with as much information as possible regarding the subject and the equipment and settings used so that others can see what is possible with different equipment, you never know, you may inspire somebody to replicate what they see.
